​Event hire is offered to village residents and those with a defined association to Bredhurst. This includes parties and weddings and is exclusive to:

- Village residents
- Parents and guardians with children at Bredhurst Primary
- Anyone with a confirmed wedding or christening booked at Bredhurst Saint Peters Church

PLEASE ENSURE YOU FULLY READ ALL OF THE BELOW NOTES BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING, AS CHANGES CAN'T NORMALLY BE MADE:

Use the diary below to make a booking.

Please include your required set up and clear down time (we recommend an hour either side of your event) in your booking. The buffers are not part of your booking they are to allow us time for cleaning etc.

To make a booking request, click on the blue cross on the available date of your choice. 

If you would like the halls bar open during your event, you need to include this in your booking by selecting bar as an additional option. 

The Booking Timeline:
Step 1) Before your booking will be considered, you are required to pay a booking deposit of £40, you should do this by following the link sent to you via email. Your provisional booking will not be held unless you make this payment.
Step 2) Following this payment, we will check your booking for availability and compatibility before confirming your booking. If for any reason, we cannot accept your booking, your deposit will be refunded.
Step 3) Your booking is confirmed when you receive your invoice for the remaining balance due. This will be for the remaining fee and a deposit against damage deposit of £150 which are required to be paid before 30 days prior to your event, failure to make payment will automatically forfeit the booking.
Step 4) Following your event, if all goes well, your deposit against damage will be refunded with 14 days of your event.
